Returns Policy
At MITOFIT-X, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you may do so in accordance with the conditions set out below.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Condition of the Product
You may open and inspect the product in order to verify its nature, characteristics and operation.
Opening the packaging or reasonably testing the product does not, by itself, prevent a return.
However, the customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. If the product shows damage, dirt, wear or other signs of excessive use, MITOFIT-X may take this depreciation into account when determining the amount to be refunded.
Whenever possible, the product should be returned with its accessories, components, documentation and original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us: email info@mitofitx.com with your order number and state that you wish to make a return.
- Return instructions: we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.
- Return shipment: once you have received the instructions, send the product following the directions provided.
Please do not send products to any address other than the one provided to you during the return process.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is made at the customer's discretion, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the product.
If the product received is incorrect, arrives damaged, is defective, or the return is due to an error attributable to MITOFIT-X, MITOFIT-X will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the return has been properly requested, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where legally applicable, the refund will include the standard delivery costs originally paid. If the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered, the additional cost of that delivery method will not be refunded.
Where legally permitted, MITOFIT-X may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until sufficient proof of return shipment has been provided.
Any reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product may be taken into account when calculating the final refund amount.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange a product rather than request a refund, please indicate this when contacting us at info@mitofitx.com. We will inform you of the options available in each case.
Exceptions
The right of return will only be excluded in cases where a legally recognised exception applies.
These may include, among others:
- products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed after delivery, provided that this exception is legally applicable to the specific product.
Opening the packaging alone does not automatically result in the loss of the right to return the product.
